Child Safety Standards

Last updated: 26 July 2026

fondly is strictly for adults aged 18 and older and has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

Age restriction

Members must provide a neutral date of birth and confirm they are at least 18. We restrict suspected underage accounts and may request proportionate age verification. Adults must not create or operate accounts for minors.

Prohibited conduct

Creating, possessing, requesting, sharing, facilitating or promoting child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualisation of minors, sextortion, trafficking, enticement or attempts to move such conduct off-platform is prohibited. This includes real, computer-generated and altered material where covered by law or platform policy.

Reporting and action

Members can report in-app or contact our designated child-safety point of contact at support@fondly.app. We review reports, restrict access, preserve relevant information where lawful, remove prohibited accounts or content and report apparent CSAM or illegal exploitation to appropriate authorities or child-protection organisations as required by applicable law.

Legal cooperation

fondly complies with applicable child-safety laws and responds to valid legal process. We train or instruct authorised reviewers on escalation and limit access to sensitive evidence. Do not download, copy or redistribute suspected CSAM to report it; provide the account or content location instead.

Urgent concerns

If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the appropriate child-protection authority. fondly support is not an emergency service.
