Delete your account

Delete in the app

1. Sign in to fondly.
2. Open Profile.
3. Open Account and choose Delete account.
4. Review the consequences and confirm.

If you cannot access the app, email support@fondly.app from the address associated with your account. We may verify your identity before acting.

Unresolved activity

Deletion may be temporarily blocked while an active experience, receipt verification, reimbursement, payout, chargeback, safety investigation or legal obligation is unresolved. The app will explain the blocking item. Resolve it or contact support.

What happens to your data

Your public profile and access are removed when deletion completes. Personal information is deleted or anonymised according to our Privacy Policy. We may retain limited financial, fraud-prevention, safety or legal records for the required period. Approved funds should be withdrawn before deletion where the app instructs you to do so.
